Your trust in our custom products is greatly appreciated. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our items, we have specific return and refund policies in place. Kindly review them below:


Returns and Cancellations

Returns: All our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order, such as modifying the design or item details, you may do so only if your order has not yet entered production. Please contact our support team at support@kayrativdigiprintz.shop as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.


Custom Orders
Once an order for a custom item has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. It is important to review all details and specifications before confirming your order.

When placing an order, please provide your desired delivery date. The delivery date should not be the same as your event date. If the requested delivery date coincides with the event, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival. We recommend selecting a delivery date that allows ample time for production and shipping.


Proof & Approval Policy
To ensure accuracy and satisfaction with your custom order, we follow a proof and approval process. A proof will be sent for your review and approval before production begins. This allows for minor adjustments, such as:

  • Correcting spelling errors

  • Minor color modifications

  • Adjusting photo placement

  • Adding or removing small design elements

  • Font changes


Design Changes & Approval Process
Major design alterations may incur a design fee of 15 EUROS or more. This includes:

  • Completely changing the theme

  • Replacing previously edited photos

  • Modifying requested items

  • Requesting multiple design revisions

We kindly request your approval within 72 hours of receiving the proof. If no response is received within this timeframe, the order will proceed to production and ship as depicted in the design proof. Please review your proof carefully and provide timely feedback to avoid any delays.


Chargebacks
At Kayrativ DigiPrintz, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to resolve any concerns promptly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@kayrativdigiprintz.shop, and we will work diligently to find a resolution.

However, if you choose to file a chargeback with your bank without first reaching out to us, please note that this may result in the inability to shop with Kayrativ DigiPrintz in the future. Chargebacks negatively impact our business, and we encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably. Fraudulent chargebacks will be met with appropriate legal action to protect our business and honest customers.


Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Shipping Carrier Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the designated shipping carrier (such as UPS), any damages or issues that arise during transit become the responsibility of the carrier. Kayrativ DigiPrintz is not liable for damages that occur during shipping.

  • Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Ensure you provide all necessary details, including photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will assist in this process to the best of our ability.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive for prompt deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier due to factors such as weather conditions or logistical issues. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

  • Shipping Methods & Tracking: We primarily use UPS, La Poste, or Chronopost, depending on the package size and destination. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment for real-time tracking.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees.
